1. If you linked the Instagram account with your Facebook Account, you should be able to log in with your Facebook profile.
2. Once you log in this way, you can simply update your password.

IG account not connected with FB

1. At first, from the main Instagram log in the screen, select Get help singing in.
2. Secondly, you have to enter either your Instagram username, the email or phone number linked with your account.
3. After tapping NEXT and you will be able to see all available options, which are e-mail, SMS and facebook account.

   How to change the password
   
   1.Start with logging in to your IG account.
   2.Then, go to the Profile tab.  
   3.In the upper corner, you will find More key, click on it. 
   4.Go to the very bottom of the list and select the Settings. 
   5.Find and pick the Password tab.
   6.Enter your current password.
